To be a part of a team you must be a team player. Here are some of the ways team mates treat each other:
Team mates listen to each other.
Team Mates don't put each other down or hurt each other's feelings.
Team mates try to understand each other's feelings and moods.
Team Players help each other solve problems.
Team players give each other compliments.
Team players can disagree without hurting each other.
Team players are dependable.
Team players respect each other.
Team players are trustworthy.
Team players give each other room to change.
Team players care about each other.

CHARACTER VALUE TIP FOR APRIL: SELF DISCIPLINE
The definition of self discipline is as follows:
Self discipline is the disciplined training of ones self with some kind of self improvement in mind. This is a trait used by athletes, artists and musicians and should be used by students in the same way. There is also an important underlying theme of self control. For personal happiness and social harmony we need to act and speak appropriately.
